Role-based access on every system, MFA mandatory, no shared credentials, and access reviewed at the start and end of every engagement.

Mandatory code reviews, static analysis in CI, dependency audits, and penetration testing before production release.
Data & IP
GDPR-ready with a Data Processing Agreement on request. All source code, infrastructure access, and IP transfer to the client on delivery.

The ambition
Eight years in, Kiwimesh exists because the middle of the software market is still badly served. Big consultancies over-scope and under-deliver. Offshore farms deliver code that breaks at the first real load. Boutique shops have taste but don't scale.
We set out in 2018 to be the firm that does all three — the technical depth of a specialist, the process discipline of an enterprise vendor, and the honesty of a small shop.
